I started this blog for various reasons but primarily to help with my own recovery from an Eating Disorder but also to connect with other bloggers be it foodies, fashionistas, fitness fanatics or writers. I discuss anorexia openly as its something that I has been a major part of my life but I am in the process of letting go which will be the main focus of this blog.
